Five Links Friday 9/19/14

It's Friday again.  The week went by way too quickly.  Here is some reading for the weekend :)

1. From Writer Unboxed, Katrina Kittle takes a look at finding your character's voice in her post: I’d Know That Voice Anywhere.

2. Dereck Haines has a post on his blog looking at some of the errors that get through editors in both traditional and self-published book: Errors and Omissions Excepted – Or Accepted?

3. Here's a good one from Chuck Sambuchino at The Write Life, especially for those of us who are just about to begin (or resume) sending out queries: The Worst Ways to Begin Your Novel: Advice from Literary Agents.

4. If you're an aspiring writer, reading is so important.  K.M. Leiland at Writer.ly gives us The 10 Commandments of Reading Like a Writer.

5. Finally, here is a great post on 99u.com by Jocelyn K. Glei listing 25 Insights on Becoming a Better Writer.

We'll be back tomorrow with another author interview.  See you then, and have a great weekend!
